- Implementing best practices in their operations
- Address issues or concerns raised by other partners, community partners, Borough and City governments and other governmental agencies
- Respond in a timely manner to questions, comments and concerns

The TBMP Ketchikan program is administered by Ketchikan Visitors Bureau with oversight and support from our partner agencies and municipalities and is funded through a CPV grant from the Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
